ROBALO FISHING BOATS MAKE A SPLASH

Robalo Fishing Boats Make a Splash

In case you missed it, Robalo — the outboard-powered fishing boat range from Chaparral — was officially on display for the first time in Melbourne at last week’s Melbourne Boat Show.

Following the brand’s Australian debut at Sanctuary Cove Boat show, Chaparral Australia’s Scott O’Hare says he was excited about introducing Melbourne’s fishing fraternity to his new range of serious offshore fishing boats.

O’Hare said: “The boats themselves are renowned for their quality finish and tough construction, but the Hydro Lift hull design is what really sets them apart. Time and time again we take these boats out into seriously rough water and cannot believe how superb the ride is.”

He added: “Melbourne buyers will love all the standard fishing features, big fuel capacities and super economical hull design, but also the crossover range will appeal to the whole family.”

According to Chaparral, the Robalo designers understand that boating families often want more than just a fishing boat. To that end, the new crossover range offers universal cockpit layouts, built-in toilets and single or twin outboard transoms whilst retaining its performance and fishability characteristics.

“Over the last few years Chaparral and Robalo have undertaken an unprecedented R&D program resulting in 32 models across the range with all new designs from the hull up,” said O’Hare.
