TRAILERBOAT SUPERSTAGE AT THE MELBOURNE BOAT SHOW

Trailerboat Superstage at the Melbourne Boat Show

For the first time, this year’s Melbourne Boat Show will see TrailerBoat Super Stage buzzing with hints and advice for getting the most out of your boat, as well as presenting popular personalities to keep you entertained. And did we mention prizes? Everybody loves free stuff and we’ve loaded up the goodies van with plenty of giveaways to hand out every hour. Our ripper 4.7m Clearwater SuperNova prize boat will also be there, so don’t forget to get an entry or 10 in to win it.

This year’s show looks to be a ripper, so our timing couldn’t be better. In fact, after looking over the exhibitor list it seems the Melbourne Exhibition Centre will be bursting at the seams, crammed with more boats, tackle and accessories than you could poke a rod at.

Boating Industry Association of Victoria general manager, Steven Gill told TrailerBoat he and his team have been hard at work bringing together the largest collection of new boats and gear.

“We want to give boaties the opportunity to sample all their options under the one air-conditioned roof and hook themselves a bargain of a lifetime,” he said.

And best news of all for us (and you), the 2013 show will have a greater trailerboat focus. The Melbourne Boat Show has a reputation for being the place for new and innovative product and this year is no differen.

TrailerBoat’s spies have been on the job and we have the inside scoop on a fleet of new models the R&D teams have whipped into shape. We can’t reveal too much just yet, but at the risk of a lashing we can report many manufacturers have turned the creativity dial up to the max, with value for your boating dollar a key design criterion. From compact tinnies and kayaks, to family fun machines and blue-water battle wagons, the show has all bases covered. And there are also a more than few surprises in store.

So make sure you clear your calendar and lock the date in. Bring your family or grab a mate and write your next boating chapter. Remember, the most spectacular stories always start with a boat.

See you at the 2013 BIA Melbourne Boat Show.
