NEW BOATS: SAVAGE 415 BIG DADDY

The latest addition to the 2013 Savage boats range is the 415 Big Daddy, an entry-level extension of the brand’s popular 385 Big Boy model which Savage says is the result of dealer and customer demand.

According to Savage, the beamy tinnie incorporates “the basics for keen fisherman while the Big Daddy maximises space and storage for practicality”.

Features include a relatively wide 1.96m beam, 3mm sides, low carpeted floor and a front casting platform which Savage says includes ample storage room to keep the carpeted floor clear and obstruction free. Further options are also available.

Savage National Account Manager Ryan Dewson said the new Big Daddy was a welcome addition to the Savage Range and serviced a need and demand in the current market.

“The 415 Big Daddy is the ultimate elementary fishing boat offering a great price point for fisherman in the market for something new,” said Dewson.

The 415 Big Daddy is rated to 40hp and easily towed behind a mid-sized family car. It is available as a boat, motor and trailer package complete with a three-year limited factory warranty.
