Congratulations to our Savage 435 giveaway winner

The winner of our Savage 435 boat and Evinrude E-TEC 30 package has been officially announced. 

And the winner is...
Tom Grant from Moruya, NSW. A long-time subscriber and reader of TrailerBoat magazine, Tom initially thought he was the victim of a prank call. Probably, he told us, because he’s never even won so much as a raffle. 

But no, this was the real deal, and Tom is now very much looking forward to his new boat. We asked him what boat he currently own and he said it was "a punt with oars on the back". When asked what the biggest boat he's ever owned was, he gave the same response. 

It sounds like it won’t be long before Tom spends more time on the water. A lot more time. 

There’s just one problem. His seven grandkids will have to fight it out when it comes to deciding who gets to go first.
