Navico ups its customer support

2012 marks the introduction of a new customer service program to benefit Lowrance, Simrad Yachting and B&G customers. 


Conceived by the brands’ parent company Navico, the Advantage Service program consists of a range of service products tailored to each brand in an effort to improve the support offered to customers.

Of particular interest is the 5-Year Advantage program, which extends beyond the product’s warranty to offer customers discounts on replacement products if required within the first five years. This program is available across all three brands.

Navico says its new Advantage Service program allows dealers to address their customers’ needs quickly and effectively, at no additional cost to either party.
