Classic stuff
Haines Hunter describes its award-winning Classic Series as an “Aussie all-rounder” that comprises models suitable for both offshore fishing and leisurely family cruising.
The 600 and 650 Classic Offshore models are purpose-built bluewater fishing boats that measure 6.25m LOA and 6.75m LOA respectively. They are designed to accommodate single or twin engines, and come with heavy 21° “Performance Deadrise Vee” (PDV) hulls. Both Classic Offshore models maximise onboard space, incorporating functional fishing features like large livebait tanks, stainless steel rodholders, padded cockpit coamings, and plenty of sidepocket and underfloor storage.
Haines Hunter said both models have enough creature comforts to keep the whole family happy, with a spacious cabin that provides a day retreat for the kids, or will comfortably sleep two adults.
For family boating, there’s the 600 and 650 Classic Cruiser, built on the same Haines Hunter PDV hulls. The layout features an L-shaped lounge and cockpit table, a portside galley, and a freshwater tank and sink.
Haines Hunter says the fishability of both Classic Cruiser models hasn’t been compromised, and the wrap-around lounge and table can be removed to make way for a fishing platform.
Haines Hunter draws on 50 years of boat manufacturing experience. Only premium quality materials and fittings are used throughout, and all hulls are backed by a seven-year structural warranty.
