MERCURY MARINE LAUNCHES NEW WEBSITE
Mercury Marine said its recently launched new website is easier to navigate, contains more information and has the sleek good looks associated with Mercury Marine products.
The new site serves the Australian, New Zealand and South Pacific regions, and while the site itself has changed.
Anthony Brown, marketing services manager, Australia, New Zealand & Pacific, said: “We’ve taken the best ideas from the various Mercury Marine websites throughout the world and incorporated them on the new local site.
“The new site has detailed information on our wide range of products and it’s easy to find exactly what you are looking for. New content added to the site includes information on engine repowering, additional service and warranty information, and an enhanced dealer locator which incorporates Google Maps. Furthermore, we have additional sections and enhancements to the site that will be progressively rolled out over the coming weeks.”
Mercury said the following changes are among the many improvements on the new site.
Engine Tests
A comprehensive database of independent and in-house performance testing of Mercury and MerCruiser engines, as well as many popular competitor engines for direct comparison. Mercury said the “Engine Test” section provides buyers with total confidence so they can make informed product choices, with performance statistics on top speed, acceleration, fuel economy and operating sound levels, across a wide range of engine models.
Engine Repower
Provides information and FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) on this increasingly popular option, as well as details on the numerous engine enhancements available. Visitors will soon be able to request a repower quote online and view from a library of local repower case studies.
Easier Navigation
Finding information is easier and faster than ever, with improved site architecture and an added search function.
Dealer Locator
This important site function has been enhanced with the use of Google Maps, making it easier to locate the nearest dealer.
Engine Specifications
Visitors can quickly print out the full list of specifications for any engine or product on the site. Visitors can also locate similar engines to any specific model.
Service & Warranty
Mercury said this section contains detailed information on the service and warranty requirements for a wide range of Mercury Marine products, from engine maintenance and storage tips, to FAQs on warranty and important information on the correct fuel and oil for Mercury Marine engines.

Mercury Marine said it’s an industry leader, and that the company is the place to work if you are interested in the marine industry. All current employment opportunities are now listed in this section.
