It's never fun when it happens to you, none the less, flat battery misadventures do make great stories.

We've had some hilarious entries to our Save Face with Super Mini Booster

THE LOUDER YOU ARE, THE FASTER YOU STALL
"After launching my boat and bragging to my mates and anyone else on the boat ramp about how well it performs. I turned the key and heard nothing but that dreaded click click. With that I hastily pulled the boat back onto the trailer and made an embarrassing exit home," writes Robert Blair, NSW.

THEM FLAT BATTERY BLUIES
"4.30am parked in a no-standing zone for a minute, leaving headlights on so I could see what I was doing, got in, wouldn't start, along comes a boy in blue, first he passed, but then he did a u-turn, he was not lenient on this old girl," admits Sharon Yates, NSW.

THE ONES WHO DIDN'T GET AWAY
"Invited friends to go deep water fishing in Bass Strait off Lakes Entrance, arrived at boat mooring at 4:00am...both batteries and back up 'dead' flat. Re-powered up at 8:00am, arrived at the fishing spot to be told a record breaking blue marlin was taken there 4 hours earlier," says Garry Teychenne, Vic.
