Martha Cove Hidden Harbour Marina almost complete

Hidden Harbour Marina in Martha Cove, on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, is heading towards completion with the precinct selling quickly and the final berth construction nearly finished.

The infrastructure supporting the marina is already in place with a dedicated car park, nearby toilet facilities and a fully secure pontoon pier. Hidden Harbour Martha Cove also supplies 24-hour security, a cafe, large launching precinct and a premium easy-access location.

“Getting onto Port Phillip Bay has never been easier. The design of the marina and the variety of berth sizes means less time queuing and more time sailing,” said Brad Olsen, Hidden Harbour Martha Cove sales consultant.

According to Olsen, the sale of berths to date confirms the popularity of Martha Cove as a true nautical precinct that also offers convenience, excellent freeway access and security.

“Being able to offer affordable berths in a safe inland harbour is great, however these berths are a freehold, not lease, which is a unique proposition in Port Phillip Bay," Olsen continued.

Martha Cove is an inland harbour protecting boats throughout Melbourne's seasonal weather. The design and location is claimed to provide shelter from wind, waves and tidal activity.

While there are several 12m and 13m berths still available, only a limited number of 15m berths remain.
