Riviera Announces Model Launches for Sydney Show
Riviera has announced multiple new model releases for the 2013 Sydney International Boat Show this August, including the world release of the new Riviera 50 Enclosed Flybridge and a Sydney release for the new Riviera 565 SUV.
The new 50 Enclosed Flybridge — described by Riviera as “bristling with innovation from the most modern technology to time-honoured craftsmanship” — will be the centre piece at Riviera’s floating display. Eight models will be on display, including the new 50 Enclosed Flybridge, 445 and 565 SUVs, 5000 Sport Yacht, 5800 Sport Yacht, 43 Open Flybridge, 53 Enclosed Flybridge, and the new Belize 52 Daybridge.
Riviera chairman and owner Rodney Longhurst said the interest in the new 50 Enclosed Flybridge had been fantastic.
“In May we showcased an interior display of the new 50 Enclosed Flybridge at the Riviera Festival of Boating and we were extremely pleased with the positive feedback from Riviera owners and luxury power boat enthusiasts. We are delighted by the number of advanced orders for the new 50,” Longhurst said.
“Our team of designers, engineers and master craftsmen take great pride in their work and the praise we receive on the quality and design of our luxury new models is a true credit to our loyal and talented team.
“We look forward to releasing our innovative new models at Australia’s largest international boat show in Sydney and catching up with the Riviera family at both the show and our fabulous launch party for the 50 and 565.”
Riviera’s director of brand and communications, Stephen Milne, said Riviera was also offering an exclusive Volvo Penta package at the Sydney Boat Show.
“Riviera has teamed up with Volvo Penta and is offering three years of free engine and pod drive servicing to all new boats contracted during the 2013 Sydney International Boat Show,” Milne said.
“This is a wonderful opportunity for our new Riviera owners to enjoy three years of free engine and pod drive servicing.
“We are all looking forward to the world release of the new 50 Enclosed Flybridge which has a vast array of exciting new design aspects.
“From the moment you step onboard you will sense this is a fresh new approach from Riviera to the flybridge boat design. Transom doors located either side of the cockpit make great use of the swim platform to create additional entertainment space and mezzanine seating with interchangeable cockpit table providing a versatile alfresco area.”
The Riviera display will be located on the southern end of the Cockle Bay Marina, Darling Harbour from August 1 to 5. Visit www.rivieraaustralia.com for more information.
