Dry Berths for Sale at Sydney Boathouse
Ray White Marine in conjunction with Sydney Boathouse is currently offering a limited number of dry berths for sale at Rozelle Bay on Sydney Harbour.
A maximum of 50 dry berths (out of 265 from 5m to 12m) will be sold on 20-year leasehold terms in the first of two planned Sydney Boathouse dry-boat storage buildings, due for completion in early 2013.
“This is a unique and rare opportunity, which won’t be repeated and only a limited number of dry berths in each size range remain,” said Ray White Marine.
Sydney Boathouse is located on the harbour at Rozelle Bay, just past Anzac Bridge, with road access via the Cross City Tunnel, M2, M5 and the M4 all connecting to the new marina, which is only minutes from the CBD.
Ray White Marine said drystack storage offers huge advantages to powerboat owners and is the fastest growing and most efficient means of storing boats in the world.
“It has been widely used throughout Australia and the rest of the western world for the past 40 to 60 years, but is not yet established on Sydney Harbour,” the company said.
“Unlike wet berths, boats stored in dry storage require less maintenance and can be easily kept in pristine condition over longer periods of time. This means greater overall enjoyment along with lower maintenance costs, increased reliability, security and overall peace of mind regarding your prized asset.”
