NEWS - Accredited sailing courses on Sydney Harbour

Yachties can now attain international accreditation sailing the Sydney Harbour, by completing one of many courses endorsed by peak sailing body International Yacht Training Worldwide
(IYT Worldwide).

Sydney by Sail is the first sail training company to deliver the internationally recognised program on Sydney’s famous harbour, offering nautical training for novices and competitive sailing enthusiasts alike.

Advanced courses include the International Bareboat Skipper Course, which teaches sailors how to take control of their own yacht within areas like Sydney Harbour; and the International Certificate of Competency, for sailors with ambition to charter yachts around the world.

Beginner courses include the Introduction to Yachting, and the International Crew Certificate.
