Ormonde Britton’s Maritimo Gold Coast has launched the new Mustang 32

Ormonde Britton’s Maritimo Gold Coast has launched the new Mustang 32 to clients during an evening waterside cocktail party at Hope Harbour.

A four-piece band serenaded guests, who were given an opportunity to climb aboard the gleaming new offering from Australia’s boatbuilding doyen Bill Barry-Cotter.

“The team hosted a really pleasant event,” said Maritimo owner Brett Rourke. “Ormonde and Kim are great hosts and this was a wonderful way to launch this great-value boat.”

We’re told Elva Williams was equally impressed, too. She and husband John own a Maritimo 48.

“It was a good chance to catch-up with friends again,” said Elva. “We were given a tour of the new Mustang. I particularly liked the ‘love seat’ helm seating!”

Ormonde Britton said the event was an opportunity for him and his team to thank their clients as well as introduce a special new brand.

“This Mustang gives us the chance to talk with an entirely new group of boating enthusiasts,” says Britton. “The support of our clients at this event was really warming.”

CEO Bill Barry-Cotter was on-hand through the evening to talk with clients and to answer questions about his new boat.
