Discover the Latest Innovative Products and Brands at SIBS 2023

SIBS has lined up more unique and innovative exhibitors for its much-anticipated event set to run during 3–6 August 2023

The show will be held at the International Convention Centre (ICC) and Cockle Bay in Darling Harbour and is one not to miss.

With a few short months left, excitement for this premier recreational boating lifestyle event is building. The ICC and purpose-built marina will play host to more than 1000 boating and marine brands displayed by more than 250 exhibitors from across the globe. Exhibitors from both the government and marine industry will have plenty on display for all visitors who enjoy fishing, water skiing, wakeboarding, sailing, luxury cruising or simply swimming in Australia’s various waterways. The 2023 Sydney International Boat Show has something for every water-loving Aussie.

Many familiar boat show favourites are set to return, including Boating & RV, Chapman Marine Group, Dockpro, eYachts, Fleming Yachts, GRE Marine, Mercury Marine, PowerDive, Pantaenius and TMG Yachts. These are just some of the companies joining a spectacular and highly anticipated lineup of exhibitors who will delight all at this year’s show.

Yamaha, a longstanding exhibitor at SIBS, is living up to its tradition of developing innovative solutions for recreational marine activities. And this year, Yamaha will introduce its latest outboard models, which see the further expansion of industry-leading fully integrated boat control power systems. The new F150, F175 and F200 models now come with state-of-the-art integrated hydraulic and integrated electro-hydraulic steering options. These and the all-new big horsepower XTO 450 and electric HARMO outboards will be on display.

Ready to impress with its unique vessels yet again, Sealegs International is returning to this year’s show to present its electric tender, the Sealegs 3.8T, which is set to revolutionise the way tenders are considered. Sealegs’ Nicholas Glanfield, Global Sales and Marketing Manager, said, “With ease of use and versatility, be it transferring from the main craft to a secluded beach or simply back to the ramp, the 3.8T heralds a new era in flexible tendering.” The 3.8T features a number of clever features, spacious storage compartments, comfortable seating and state-of-the-art navigation and safety systems — all combining to create the ideal watercraft.

For those who enjoy spending time further away from shore, the latest Schenker Watermakers will be showcased by SWS Pacific. Whether it’s in a yacht, a sailboat or any kind of vessel, enjoying an extended cruise or the independence to stay out at sea longer is easy with a Schenker Watermaker. “Our watermakers are the most energy-efficient units on the market and can be powered directly from the vessel’s service batteries. Making water is as simple as pressing the start button and the units have automatic and periodic flushing. “Schenker’s three-year warranty is backed up by our international network of sales and service representatives,” says SWS Pacific’s John Nell. “Installation is easy with most of our units installed by the boat owner.”

With almost five million people enjoying Australia’s numerous waterways each year, the Sydney International Boat Show is ready to impress, and will include a bounty of education and entertainment opportunities for visitors — all included with the entry ticket. The show is the perfect place for boating enthusiasts and all the aquatically inclined to check, examine and compare products from leading brands available in the Australian boating industry today. And for the exhibitors, this is just as important an opportunity for the companies to engage with the public and share their enthusiasm.
