Review: Sealegs 12RC

The new Sealegs 12m Cabin RIB promises luxury, power, versatility and comfort.

Well known for its innovative amphibious vessels, Sealegs has once again produced a quality vessel capable of taking on a wide variety of ocean conditions. The size of the vessel, 12m, will give seafarers confidence to take to the water even if the conditions aren’t ideal.

According to the company, this model is the largest, safest, and most luxurious Sealegs vessel ever produced. In careful collaboration with Hall Marine and C4 design, the company has created a boat that can be customised to buyers’ needs.

Options include a kitchen, up to four berths and extra space for an amphibious craft. Up to nine passengers can take to the sea in this beauty, which is the highest-powered craft in the range. Buyers have the choice of optional twin 425HP or 400HP outboard engines, a motor that will definitely take you where you need to go.

luxurious  International CEO David McKee Wright is proud of the new model and promises sailors that the vessel will offer comfort and freedom. “Delivering the joy of Sealegs to customers for over 20 years has been an amazing experience. Our customers know the joy and versatility a Sealegs brings – add to that flexibility in configuration with up to four berths, a galley, bathroom, all topped off with huge indoor/outdoor area and you have a class-defining craft,” he said.

Comfort on the water is important, and the new Sealegs vessel has answered this call. A large cabin will provide protection from the elements, along with dual electrically retractable sunroofs and a panoramic one-piece curved windscreen.
