New d’Albora App

d’Albora has launched an exclusive app across their network to provide access to benefits and services

The marine and hospitality network of d’Albora has launched an exclusive member-focused app for real-time bookings across the d’Albora network.

The d’Albora App enhances personalised experiences with access to services, hospitality and benefits.

These include booking reciprocal berthing rights across all 10 locations, selecting a time to launch their vessel from one of the four dry stack facilities, viewing current marked-down members fuel pricing, berthing and fuel assistance, quotes for boatyard services, the latest dining, events and offers across the network, as well as all new and used boat sales across the 10 locations.

The app’s focus is customer service and managing the boating lifestyle in one central app.

Julian Pouteau, d’Albora General Manager for Customer Experience, said the app provides intuitive functionality and comprehensive information to take the hassle out of d’Albora Members’ boating experience.

“Our members are highly active and engaged boating and lifestyle enthusiasts, so it was only a natural progression to open up our growing marina network and services to them in a more digital personalised manner as our members travel further across our extensive east coast network or take advantage of our full-service marine and lifestyle offerings,” he said.

The company will be opening its fifth full-service Boatyard facility with travel lift at The Spit, Mosman on Middle Harbour, Sydney, in 2022.

The d’Albora App can now be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play, with d’Albora also having launched its new website, which can be found at dalbora.com.au.
