The Haines Hunter 565R is the latest offshore-fishing boat from this iconic brand. Our review boat was Haines Hunter Managing Director John Haber’s personal fishing boat, so it had ‘all the fruit’ for serious offshore fishing.
However, it also makes for an excellent family boat, with features like its fold-up rear lounge and spacious cabin.
Overall, the Haines Hunter 565R is a capable family cruiser and very offshore-capable boat, with a huge range, frugal engine and remarkable seagoing manners. Check out the gallery above, or see the full-length test below.
