Crestliner Fish Hawk 1650 Preview

Having made its debut at the Melbourne Boat Show, the Fish Hawk 1850 provides an uncompromised sport fishing platform that also promises to deliver loads of versatility to active families who want to do it all.

With a 65-year pedigree, Crestliner has a well-deserved reputation for ride quality and attention to detail. Featuring the company’s trademark construction technique of interlocking tongue-and-groove alloy panels that are capped and reinforced, Crestliners exhibit a quiet ride far beyond what would be considered the norm for a tinnie. At last year’s Australia’s Greatest Boats, judges unanimously voted it one of the softest hulls they’d driven. Ever.

At 5.6m, this bigger Fish Hawk also sports more firepower and is rated to a maximum of 150hp. This means a more spirited performance envelope that can include social skiing in its repertoire.
