52 ft 'Crosswinds', &nbsp;ideal &nbsp;live aboard boat, or suit charter work. &nbsp;Excellent exterior. &nbsp;Big entertaining deck. &nbsp;6 cabins, of which 3 need handyman &nbsp;completion. &nbsp;I am 78 years old. &nbsp;My health is forcing &nbsp;a sale.
HISTORY: &nbsp;Professionally &nbsp;built in Fremantle West Australia.
Used for Charter work during the ‘Americas Cup’ races.
Purchased &amp; sailed &nbsp;to Sydney for commercial purposes. &nbsp;Masts removed, full engine upgrade to Caterpillar engine, propellor shaft &amp; propellor to commercial vessel Survey Standard &nbsp;(24 hour continuous use).My Commercial use did not occur.
The motor was &nbsp;later removed, keeping all expensive marine attachments - transmission, heat exchangers, starter motors, exhaust system etc, all as new, &amp; included.
The exterior is in good condition. &nbsp;( a new hatch is needed)
The inside needs work in &nbsp;parts. &nbsp;It has beautiful WA Jarrah timber lining, &nbsp;by Western Australian shipwrights. &nbsp;It needs handyman repairs to some areas from fresh water stains, ( 2 broken windows ) mostly to the ply lining between the lovely jarrah timber’s, so mostly cosmetic, but ugly.
The plumbing items need refitting, having been disconnected them for maintenance, &nbsp;&amp; to access to the hull. &nbsp;( all included.).
Needs a &nbsp;new stove, &nbsp;&amp; &nbsp;a gas hot water unit.
I am virtually gifting the boat to the right person, who I hope to like personally, and will appreciate the boat as much as I have. .

Suit a shipwright to make a profit, or Handyman - Just bring your toolbox.
