27 The Peninsula

This 41 foot aft cabin cruiser is a clean, spacious and well maintained vessel. Boarding is via a large moulded staircase leading to the hard top covered aft deck area, one of four separate levels. This aft deck contains built in seating with ample storage lockers, a bench sink and very handy ice maker.
 
&nbsp;Moulded stairs lead up to the flybridge with ample seating fore and aft of the helm station. In addition to the standard Maxum electronics including depth sounder and auto pilot, there is a 2020 installed Raymarine Axiom GPS Plotter.
 
Entry to the very spacious saloon/galley is via wide moulded stairs from the aft deck. Features include a full size fridge/freezer, electric stove top, combination oven/microwave, coffee maker and built in bar. In addition, a self contained Vacuumaid system makes cleaning a breeze. The VIP cabin is located towards the bow with a dual entry bathroom containing shower and toilet.
 
The Master cabin is located aft with an east/west island bed. The master includes separate toilet and shower rooms and generous wardrobe space. The toilets in both forward and aft cabins are 2017 installed Tecma 12V Silence Plus modern electric systems. Very effective reverse cycle airconditioning is accomplished with forward and aft systems. For the summer months a swim platform mounted B. B. Q. Is included together with sun beds that clip to the foredeck.
 
Powered by two Cummins Diamond Series 370hp engines, with approx 900 hours, she has a maximum speed of 21 knots and a comfortable cruise speed of 16 knots.&nbsp;
 
&nbsp;&nbsp;The 110V AC system is powered by an 8KVA Westerbeke BTD614 Genset or 240V shore power via an on board transformer. &nbsp;12V DC power is from three 210AH house and start batteries.
 
Fuel capacity is 1135 lit. &nbsp;Potable water capacity 370 lit. &nbsp;Electric hot water system 60 lit. &nbsp;Holding tank and pump out macerator system. &nbsp;Included is an "Aurora Adventure" V250 Inflatable (new Jun 2021) with a Yamaha 3hp outboard.&nbsp;
